In case of product having problems

  • Within 7 days of receiving the product (and confirming the warranty claim is completed), the shop is happy to change a new product immediately and also return transportation costs as well
  • More than 7 days but within 30 days after receiving the product (And confirmed the receipt of warranty rights already). We would be responsible  to change a new product immediately but not cover shipping costs to return (The customer has to return the shipping fee themselves)
  • More than 30 days but within 1 year after receiving the product (And confirm that the warranty has been confirmed) We is happy to repair the product for use as before, such as motor but not cover shipping costs to return. (The customer has to return the shipping fee themselves)

Warranty

  • The company will guarantee products damaged or defection caused by the factory manufacture.
  • The company will not guarantee products that are damaged or broken caused by the use of customers themselves.
  • Some products have different warranty conditions. Please ask the administrator.

Product Warranty Method

Customers have to take the video clip when receiving the product during unpacking the product. Send the video to LINE: smileshop1 and notify the order number on the line as well As a confirmation of product warranty rights.
